When shopping with The Amber Shop, please make sure you agree with the following terms and conditions.


No contract will be formed until you have received an email stating that your order status is "Posted" and the item has left our premises. Due to the nature of our business, occasionally items that are shown on our website will not be in stock - in these cases we will email you with your options which may be limited to an immediate refund (refunds take 3-5 working days to get to your account after we have processed them). we also have the right to be able to change the price of the item once it has been brought if a mistake has been made with an online purchase meaning we can no longer sell you the item again a refund will be proccessed.


When you purchase an item from us, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive an email confirming your purchase has been dispatched. You will normally receive a confirmation of postage email within one to two working days of your order being received and processed. In the unlikely event that the postage of your item is delayed, we will contact you to inform you of the date on which you can expect delivery. If you have any special requirements for postage, please contact us at the time of your order and we will be happy to try and meet these requirements.


All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and in your chosen currency (default is GBP).

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given.


With regard to international deliveries, any additional charges that may be incurred for customs clearance must be borne by you. 


By purchasing on this site you confirm that the Paypal account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by Paypal or via your credit/debit card linked to your Paypal account. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website site.

All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Pay Pal, which is a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website in GBP (UK Pounds). All prices are inclusive of the UK VAT. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.


Unless you cancel your order within 5 working days after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and The Amber Shop will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.

To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 5 day period stated above will be at the discretion of The Amber Shop.


We offer a 28 days, no quibble returns policy if your item isn't right for you.

Please include in the return parcel:

1- A note with your details- Name, and order number.

2- Instructions for the items you would like to exchange or whether you would like a refund.

We recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail Post AND it to be Tracked so that you can keep a watch on when we receive the parcel, We are not responsible for any lost items in the post when you have posted it to us.

Returns postage is at your own cost. 

Earrings are not eligible for returns, due to hygiene reasons.

Returned goods must be un-used, otherwise an online credit note, refund or replacement cannot be issued.
