Product Description

This insect piece consists of a flat piece of cognac amber with beautiful dark strata markings demonstrating how the amber formed in layers around 50 million years ago. This piece contains a leaf hopper which is a more unusual find within Baltic amber. A close up photograph of the inclusion is also provided.
