Product Description

This insect piece contains several fungus gnats tightly packed together within the amber. Fungus gnats were one of the most commonly found insects living amongst the pine trees around 50 million years ago. Finding a swarm of gnats is a more unusual find. A close up photograph of the inclusions is also supplied.
